How could I get samples?
We can supply some free samples (total value under ten US dollars)
if you have a FedEx, DHL account or other courier freight collectable
account and agree to pay the courier freight. If the total value
of samples is more than ten US dollars, we will ask you to pay
for the samples and courier freight. We will send the samples
to you after receipt of your payment. If you don't have an courier
account, you can send your courier to collect samples from our
company.
2.How much the courier freight will be
for the samples?
Courier freight depends on the quantity, weight and volume of
the samples.
3.Can we have our logo or company name
to be printed on your products or the package?
Yes. Logo and or imprints can be printed on our products by
silk screen printing. The minimum quantity for silk screen printing
is 2000 units per logo. You can send us the artwork by email
in JPEG or TIFF format. If you want your logo, company name
to be printed on the package for the products, such as gift
box, paper card, the minimum order is 3000 units per model.
You can send us the artwork by email in AI, EPS, TIFF or CorelDraw
format ( 300 dpi ).
4. How to place an order?
Please send us your purchase order by email or fax. Or you can
ask us to send you a proforma invoice for your order. We need
to know the following information for your order: Shipping information
- company name, street address, phone number, fax number, destination
airport or sea port, transportation method ( by courier, by
air or by ocean container) Product information - model numbers,
quantity, unit price Delivery time required Freight payment
( by collect or prepay ) Forwarder's contact details ( in China
or Hong Kong )
5. What's your usual payment term for
orders?
Wire transfer ( T/T ) to our company bank account after order
confirmation. We don't accept payment by credit card.
6. How can the products be sent to us?
For small quantity or weight less than 20 kgs, sent usually
by courier.
For orders from 20 to 500 kgs, can be sent by air to the airport
near you.
For big quantity or volume, sent usually by ocean container.
The transportation way depends on client's choice. Freight depends
on quantity, weight, volume, transportation way, destination
country (airport, sea port ).
7. Can you arrange the transportation
for us ?
Yes. We can arrange sea, air and courier transportation.
8. What's the warranty of your products?
6 months to 12 months, depending on the product. We accept free
replacement for unqualified products.
9. How can we become your sole distributor
?
If you can sell our products USD5,000 to USD20,000 per month,
you could be one of our distributor in your city or area; If
you can sell our products worth more than USD30,000 per month,
you could be our sole distributor in the country.
10. Do you accept OEM projects or Customized
designs?
Yes, OEM projects or Customized designs are welcome.
11. How can we get your monthly new products
announcement?

12. I just want to buy a few pieces of
your products, what to do?
We are wholesaler and we don't accept retail order.
